Contest - Beauty  Cycle I The Basics As if that wasn’t enough, this contest is open to men as well as women! What the judges will be looking for
A beautiful model is only one part of the package; but they must also be unique, eye-catching and have something that is going to make them stand out in the crowd. Think eloquence and poise as well as just another pretty face.On occasion the background – when a plain background is not required – that may also be the thing that can award the few extra points over the other entrants: think artistic. There may be questions you have to answer too, and you will be scored on these also so think carefully about what you write – it could mean the difference between selling yourself, and selling yourself short. Rules
Eliminations
If there are enough people who chose the same area (two to each) the first cuts will be to weasel that number down to one model representing each area. Obviously, if there aren’t enough, this won’t be the case and eliminations will be on a lowest points per Round basis. The Application

I grew up and spent my life so far in Seoul. When I was 17, on my way back home from school, there was this man approached me and asked if I want to do an ad for Pepsi (just as a prop). I thought it might be fun and I would get some income in return, so I gave it a try. From there things go! I guess you've heard about the "Korean Waves", then here I am-the next train! Chantelle really good app. ^^. But only one HS is needed, the B&W. You could make the colour HS a FS, but the image needs to be closer up. |

The contestant list has been updated; it's great to see so many people entering or interested in doing so. .Punkd: Kim Mei looks amazingly realistic! There is one slight discrepancy I noticed though - her place of birth is listed as Tokyo, but her brief history says she was born in New York. Minicarrie: Your Takahashi Mitsuko is so cute. .Heidi Aston: Your FS really seems to bring out Takara Sato's fun side. Sweet! Lovelybones: I'm very interested to see what you do with Xiou Keji; she's so adorable. .Jasmin: I can't wait to see your entry. ^^. Age: 22 Place of Birth: Hong Kong Previous Experience: A contest called Image: Avant Garde (At another forum.) Personality: Ginjah's a spicy girl who doesn't let anyone get in the way of what she wants. She's strong, independent, and does whatever it takes to get what she wants. Brief History: Ginjah had a perfect childhood, and was a beautiful young girl. At the age of 14 however, her life went into a downward spiral. The people she though were closest to her, were ripping away, her grades were lowering, and her grandmother gina, whom she looked up to, had passed away. At this time in her life, Ginjah went down the wrong route, and got caught up with the wrong people. Several months later, the family realized how much trouble Ginjah was getting into, and they evacuated the area, and headed to the U.S.A were they found a new oppurtunity to startover. Ballerx: Ginjah Stokes looks so sultry, you have a good one with her! .Pandaness I don't know anything about PSP, but I'm assuming you can greyscale somehow. If not there's a free software that I use called Irfan, and there's also GIMP; and you can definitely B&W images with that. All I can suggest is take a look on the Internet, Googling PSP 9 and seeing if there's a simple tutorial. Sorry I can't help more with that! |

I'm not in this contest but have Corel Paintshop Pro 10, what i do to create a black and white picture is I go into Effects, the photo-effects the option for black and white film should be there not sure if this helps you out or not Pandaness |
