I use to have this but I uninstalled all of my Sims and downloads folder. I thought I got it from MTS2 but I searched there and came up empty.

It was a set of shelves that were at different levels that had different wood grain colors and black and white and glass coloring but also had a set of "invisible" shelves to place things on top of entertainment centers and fridges and the like. Also the brackets for the shelves were a separate item. Thats about all I can remember unfortunately, if somebody knows what I'm talking about and finds the exact item awesome, but invisible scaled shelves of any kind will actually work.

Was it Mira's Shop shelves? There is an invisible recolor for them.
