I was looking for these mods which I just can't seem to find but yesterday I had them and my computer atomatically wips cookies and history so please may I have the links to these mods

Mod 1: Suicide mod. It was the one where the sim held the knife and the death animation was hunger

Mod 2: The ability to rent out your house or make someone else the landlord and you pay rent.
(Note: If you can already do that in OFB please tell me how)
(Note2: I have all EP's + Stuff packs could you tell me if these are compatible for my sims 2.)

I've also been looking for that hack.
I still couldn't find it there:

I was only able to find two sucide hacks (not three), none of them the one i'm looking for:
Suicide: the InSIMenator
Suicide Potion: Wintermuteai1 at MTS2

Have i got the right place? Has it been removed? Is there another place i can get it?

I've used these in the past, but not since installing FT and AL, so you may want to check the comments sections for compatability issues.

pc sims had a suicide knife. I'm not sure if thats what you're looking for, but you can find it at the graveyard http://sims2graveyard.com/download.html

For the record they work fine up to AL but excluding M&G
