I'm wanting to take on a new sims 2 project - being almost out of school for the summer, and since I'm not getting ts3 - but, before I start, I need the PERFECT 'hood for this to work.

This neighborhood is based upon that of this really old tv show [[Dark Shadows]]. I am going to build my interpretations of all the buildings that I can remember. Anywho, the neighborhood I'm looking for needs to be:

-All land on one side & Water (the ocean) on the other.
-Here is a link explaining the fictional setting & name of a real life place, in Maine.
-Here is a picture that I made in paint. It looked way better before I saved. I know that this is nothing like it would have really been like, but, so long as the key points are there, that's all I care.

Some KEY features, asides from the above (land on one side, water on the other...No island or peninsula or lake):

-One spot of the land needs to be higher than the sea, like a clift.
-One section needs to be see level and allow beach lots OR lots to be placed right next to the edge...Beach lot accessability preferred.
-One section of the road needs to go back into a sort of secluded section (as in, no close together roads....lots of room for forest)

That's about it, I think. (and if you are wondering - the buildings I will be building are the ones that are listed on that wikipedia link. )

Thanks
