Please read our upload guidelines for lots:
http://www.modthesims2.com/wiki.php...Lots_and_Houses

and this FAQ on how to take good screenshots:
http://www.modthesims2.com/wiki.php...reenshot_Basics

Lots need to have some sort of landscaping in order to be accepted, and your screenshots are blurry, small, dark and have gridlines in them.

First off, your pictures are very blurry and snapshots using the in-game camera. You need to take screenshots. You should see the tut HP made about taking screenshots.
Secondly, it's concrete D: and there's NO LANDSCAPING or a garden path. I want to see bushes, trees, terrain paints, fencing.
Then there's the roof. The angle is too high and it looks awkward. What EPs and SPs do you own?
All the rugs in the baby's room are the same. We need some variety! Rugs in the kitchen? Big no-no. Also, the TV is way too far away from the sofa. Move the sofa closer and put something in it's old position like a stereo. What is that? Grey carpet? D: Go for something more... not grey. Are you going for modern/old-fashioned/what? This house is just an odd jumble atm. I assume the round things on the wall are lights? There are way too many of them. You also need end tables by the bed, more paintings, some potted plants dotted around. If you're going for a more quaint, family-orientated feel then there should be little trinkets around. If you have AL then things like the books and the photos in the sculpture section. Lastly, if you're going to have this built for three toddlers, they're eventually going to become children. And one bathroom will not support 5 sims, and that bedroom won't support 3 single beds.

You might want to change the architecture slightly, 'cause at the minute it's slightly boxy and the roof is far too high. Why not try a roof angle of about 25-30.

Better, but the roof is too steep and it looks like there are too many pieces of roof.

The landscaping is way too symmetrical and neat - even well-tended gardens don't look that. It needs variety, asymmetry and a wilder edge.
All you did with the roof was press auto-roof, right? You have to actually make it yourself and then change the angles of it.

And you still haven't told me what EPs and SPs you own.

Hmm.
1. Could we see a picture of that back patio?
2. Another bathroom maybe? I'd say add an en-suite to the master bedroom.
3. As Zinthos said, the roof. If you can't get a manual roof to work, keep trying.
4. Too much symmetry is not a good thing, but the flowers could at least match on the sides of the walkway. Or do they?
5. Pictures are still quite blurry. Are you looking into fixing that?
6. Is this a starter home or not? If it's not, make the furnishings a bit nicer. If it is, make sure to keep it within budget. How much does it cost?

That's all I have.

What about a back door? And now the front of the house pic is too small so I can't say much on the roof. But from what I can see: it looks better. You also didn't answer my question: is it a starter or not?

Well, if it's not a starter, make the furnishings a bit nicer. Imagine: if you didn't have much of a budget for a house and you wanted it fully furnished, you'd at least want it prettier, right?

Good, you have Pets, which means you can use the Individualrooflslopeangle cheat.
Sounds confusing, but it's not.

individualRoofSlopeAngle [15-75] - Requires Pets
Similar to the roofSlopeAngle cheat from Nightlife, this cheat allows you to change individual pieces of roof, separate from the other roof parts. To use, first build the roof. Then enter the cheat. Acceptable values are 15-75 (degrees). While the roof tool is still selected, hold down CTRL and ALT and click on the the section of roof that you want to change. The roof will change angles.
  • This cheat was broken when Pets shipped - you could change the angle but it would not save with the lot. You must download and install the Pets patch for it to save properly.

(I just copy-pasted it from the Sims2Wiki. They have the list of cheats on the site.)

LOLWUT?
You don't need the Internet to use cheats.

Go into your game. Open the lot.
Press CTRL + SHIFT + C. A box will come up. Type in IndividualRoofSlopeAngle and then any number between 15 and 75 (let's say 20 for the sake of it). So you type in IndividualRoofSlopeAngle 20 and press ENTER. Then the box should close. If it doesn't, you spelt something wrong. Retype it and press enter. The box won't go away this time so press ESC. Now hold CTRL + ALT and click the roof section that is too steep and edit the other sections to compliment it. Don't lije the angle? Open the cheat box again and enter a different number after IndividualRooflSlopeAngle.

cupcake, the furnishings are fine, they work and having lowly priced houses are -just- as useful.

Your roof looks much better, but i think it would have looked nicer if you kept it how it was before, changed the front roof into a gable and then use the roof slope cheats to make it less steep.

Carpet would be nicer in the bedroom, cold wood in the morning is never fun.

Use terrain paint and put dirt beneath the trees and shrubbery

Tile in the bathroom isn't necessary, but would look nice and make more sense

if you place the couch and coffee table like this...

(V couch V)
(V coffee table V)

With the "v" being the arrow, you siums can still use them, makes the space cozier and it resolves teh weird table in teh middle of the room :D
