I'm working on creating a wood pallet and the idea is for it to be stackable. Echo had helped me out with a stackable chairs project that is still in the works, so I borrowed the BHAV out of there and stuck it in my cloned end table. I can't seem to wire the two together properly to make them work. What am I missing when you transplant a BHAV? |

You need to make sure the object has a slot which is of the same placement type as the pallet. You also need to make sure that the object's support strength is greater than its weight in the init function. The BHAV, if I recall correctly, just stops *other* kinds of objects from being placed in there, and needs to be linked in via the OBJf.

Ahah! Thats the part I was missing. All the older info on the site said that the support weight could not be modified. Glad we have made progress since they were written! Thanks Echo! |

Have an opinion? Of course you do!
