I can't seem to find any chairs that work with the chess sets. I've read that the set and chairs will link together but so far I haven't been able to find one that works. I keep getting "must have a chair to play" message. Anyone have any advice?

Any of the dining chairs should work. When placing the chair's make sure you don't have Moveobjects On. The placement of the chair is very specific, you know if you have it correct if when you pick up the chess table and the chairs move with it.

What Joefish said, sometimes the game kinda...flogs up a bit and won't attach the chairs per say, for the longest time I had a chess table with one chair cause the other wouldn't attach.

When one of my chairs won't attach I set the chess table out in the yard, delete the chair that won't attach and get another one. They always attach that way. Then I pick it up as a set and place it. The chess table gets kind of picky if something is too close.
