I appear to have lost a couple objects that are core objects for the Sims 3. The bar door which I know I had because I used it as a pantry door in a couple houses I built. The other is the boxes. I also used them in a barn I built on one of my farms. Has anyone else lost these items or randomly lost any other content? I have searched and I do not see where I downloaded anything that could remotely have overwritten these. I am just curious. It seems really odd that they have suddenly disappeared from my game.

I *think* the bar/saloon style door (like from a wild west movie that swings open, right?) comes when you download Riverview. Have you recently removed it, or reinstalled the game? Theoretically, that could cause you to loose it, possibly along with the other Riverview stuff, but again, I'm not certain it came with the downloadable town.

Have you tried taking a look at where you have used these items and using the eyedropper tool? That will help you find it maybe, or identify that they have gone if that does not work or if they have been replaced with something.

Unfortunately, I am not able to see which items it is that you are referring to so I am unable to say if they are base game or shop items.

Though if by bar door you mean the western style saloon ones then I am fairly certain that they are shop bought items so you can look for them in your installed items section of your launcher.

Ahh I downloaded the clean version of riverview, so that may have removed the objects? I will remove Riverview and install it again from my launcher. Thank you for the help.
