I wanted to make an old theater, but wanted to make it "ritzy" looking. I also wanted to make the floor plan interesting with various levels and balconies. I went through and changed things up several times and think that I've gotten it figured out, but what do y'all think? It originally was going to be a residential lot, but then I changed my mind because I didn't think I would probably use it much that way, but could use it as a community lot. So then, I went through and added other areas to it for recreation. There's a great deal of tables and chairs for dining, 4 rooms which can be reserved for guests, card and game tables for recreation. I would add more things available, but I didn't want it to be too modernized with electronics. Any ideas or suggestions? The biggest majority (if not all) is maxis content.






















There was a small ripple in the floor on the right hand side of the seating area of the bottom floor. That has been fixed now.












At first I had a 2 story high stage, and had used curtains to try and cover it...I didn't like that, so I took out the 2nd story of the stage and added a dining area up there.

I personally think adding in more gold would make it look more grand, but as of now it is too red. Need to break it up some :D

Exterior shots?

That's kind of what I was thinking in looking at the pics, but I struggled to find maxis stuff that was gold that I liked. Maybe I'll try changing up some of the hallways and such to break up some of the different areas.

As far as exterior shots, I have them somewhere...just forgot to get them up there.
