I need help with something, but I can't get help in that section! I can't even easily find a link to the help section. There is rarely a crashing/error problem that isn't solved within 20 minutes, so why can't they just reside in this thread? Or at least make the link more accessible so more people will see it and help.

Just be patient. It's not a chat room and nothing is so urgent that you can't wait a little while.

The help forums aren't hard to find. Help dropdown - Sims 2 or Sims 3 - Main Page - Game Help Support Forums - it's also linked on the Site Map, and through the announcement at the top of this forum.
