After downloading CC the game takes forever to load? #1 |

Is that normal? i only downloaded like 10 things and my game took FOREVER to load. its never actually gotten to fully load without me quitting after about 2 hours and it was only 1/3ed done. |

That's definitely not normal...maybe take out the CC, load the game, exit, then put it back and try loading again. |

This is what I do only DL things you need to free room and keep loading okay. 10 items shouldn't slow it, I'd think. Remove the items and see if it works okay otherwise it's not the DL's. I have 20 items..plan on keeping my DL older small this time around. |

What kind of CC is it? I know that some hair meshes can be quite large files but I don't think that its the CC. As said previously take out your CC and see how it runs. |

I get to the part where you chose your family *takes almost 1 hour to get to that* then i click on the family i want and it won't pass from 2 % loading.. i downloaded the following : XMS3-FloraHair020-TFtoEF.package

I'm sure at least a couple of those are corrupt files. See: Game Help:Package File Lagwiki - I'll bet you'll find your issues using the Dashboard or Process Monitor. Locking, as this isn't really a general gameplay issue and is covered in the FAQs. Please post in the Help section if you need help or guidance in using the FAQ, or if you have further questions on this subject. |
