I probably should post this on MATY, but I hate having to make a hundred accounts on different forums just to get a problem solved.

Anyway, the thing is:
I have made a fresh install of Sims 3 after a full format of the system partition and windows reinstall. I saved the Sims 3 folder from my documents so all families and settings are safe and sound.
The game is patched to 1.4.
Ever since the 1.3 patch I can't get Awesome Mod to work. The game always froze on the first loading screen.
After the fresh install the game loads, but crashes immediately after choosing a family. This happens only when awesome is installed. So without it there's no problem, but I was wondering if there's a solution somewhere for that particular crash. No other conflicting or core mods are installed as far as I know, but I'm still testing some combinations.
I've tried deleting cashe files and so on.
