I decided to put this under the "Movie" category because it'll be Live Action.
For anyone who doesn't know, just search "Warner Bros. Death Note movie". They got the rights to make a Live Action version and I think it's coming out in 2011 or something.

So... what do you think? Will it be epic or do you think it'll just fail (I heard loads of people didn't like the Dragonball movie... haven't watched it myself)? If they do it right it can be epic, IMO, but there are so many ways it can fail.

1st way to fail: I think anything below 15s would make it a very bad film, but 12a would be cool ^_^ I just don't want it like Twilight where little 8 year olds invade the fandom -.-'

2nd way to fail: Allowing Zac Efron or Miley Cyrus in the film, my friend said they're rumoured to be Light and Misa but I haven't seen that one myself. If they're in it they'll HAVE to put the movie at a low rating to allow the little kiddies see their favourite singing 'sensation' in a brand new film. It'll have to be renamed "Disappear-but-still-alive-just-very-very-sad Note".

3rd way to fail: Making everyone so overly American your eyes bleed along with your ears (am I the only one who hated the dubs?). Also L isn't creepy enough. I always found him weird with a slight bit of creepiness in there, but still cool and huggable xD. Also, Light is like... Brad Pitt or something. Fail.

So what do you think? Win, Fail or don't know yet? And any other ways it could just want to make you rip your hair out?
And I suppose, ways it could actually turn out to be a good movie. Don't want to hate it before it even comes out ^_^

Oh, one other thing, think they'll follow the Japanese film plot? Speaking of which, I should watch them... Anyway, respond in any way you want =D
