Very cute! I love the layout and the living room on the top floor.

Just a question though, how can it be called a Starter if it costs more than $16,000?

byronh29, how much a household starts out with in TS3 depends on the number of sims. A single sim gets 16.000§, every additional adult 2.000§, every additional child/teen 1.000§.

Stuff for TS2 · TS3 · TS4 | Please do not PM me with technical questions – we have Create forums for that.

Just so you know, I am systematically deleting all the standard game houses and replacing them with Wee Barnoids and tiny Victorians. My town should have a statue of you. I'm even doing multiples of the same Wee Barnoids and just changing the outside colors. These are perfect.

This is a great house! I wish I was better at the whole roof thing! I really love this house, reminds me of my parents beach house.

This lot reminds me of a lot I would see near the beach in the south coast of NSW, Australia.
