This is a single lot with 1 single house, according to TS3. The creator designed it to look like 3 separate houses. But you have to merge 3 families into this 1 single lot. And hopefully they do not invade each other "houses".

This is very nice, thank you creator!

karen445, tomomi1922 is right, it's one parcel with three houses on it. we have to wait for some kind of "apartment life" for TS3 to get it working separately. thanks for all the kind comments and THANKS for featuring ^^ that is so nice!!!

This is so cute, and it does remind me a bit of San Francisco-style houses! Very nice work.

Or if you download the lockable door that's on this site you could probably manipulate this to work the way you want it. Very good job on these houses. They're absolutely beautiful. I'd love to see them on separate lots as well.

Even with lockable doors, it's hard to make this type of lot work right. I think we just need to wait for apartment doors.

Fun lot. And yes they are like ones in San Francisco. I lived in the Bay Area for many years and am still in No. CA. Good job!

I love these houses, but for some reason it wont let me install them, it says there's an error or the file may be damaged.

Its cute, and I love the design of it. Honestly, I can only see this being good for my Legacy sims, when I move the kids out, but don't want them disappearing into Story Progression. They'll be right next door - and its totally okay to visit mom & dad randomly!

Otherwise, I'd rather wait to download. Only because of stupid TS3 technicalities

<3 it ^.^

haha.. due to how sims 3 is.. i just did 2 familys, & made each of the side houses how only the family members can go in each [lockable doors], & i turned the middle one into kinda like a guest house / rec house :P

i saw these houses on another site months ago and totally fell in love with them. I had no idea they were right here; happy! ^-^ They are SO classic San Francisco, sans hills of death, and made me feel all light and airy when I saw them. You did an excellent job!

I found these a little late, but they are awesome! I love them! And there are simular houses as these in San Fransisco.
One question, though: Is there a way to seperate them? What I mean is having each one on its own lot?
Thanks.
