The new ear sliders are really nice and some creators already made some elfs, so i also tried my hand on them.. I used the female nightelfes of World of Warcraft as inspiration, people who played or still play that game will surely regognice the similarities. The eyes used are the Esmeralda's Sci-Fi eyes contactlenses. The everyday outfit is a bit experimental, i didn't want to give her those fairy clothes, i wanted to make her a tough girl, as always. It's about 90% done, tell me what you think and what you would change. Thanks in advance! |

Damn, I was going to make a nelf... She looks good... make a druid version too  lol green hair... etc. etc... I reckon since she's around 10000 years old because she's a nelf give her longer hair?

I tried and failed at creating I night elf I drew. Luckily you succeeded! -I would just make her eyes a tad bit squinter using the eye shaper slider and decrease the girth of her bottom lip a bit. these changes should be done ever so slightly. -change thwe lipstick to matte, keep the color. - This is totally optional :are you trying to make the female night elf as close as possible to the world of warcraft promo elf? I think we would need a comparison picture. I realize she is based of that character and your not neccesarily trying to remake her but your elf looks very similar. the face shape is BANG on. I think you could really refine your sim if you make her close as possible(features wise) the the promo elf. do know what i mean? like she is awesome already but she could be excelllent by doing that , you know? I love the outfit. I always try to make my sims have a tough outfit but I always fail in excution . You are some much better! I also love the body shapes you choose for your sims . there very sexy, lol amazing start . It would be totally acceptable to upload her as is now despite my feedback

Wow, I like her - I always like your tough female sims and it's great to see a tough female elf! We need more tough gals in TS3! The outfit looks great too. (And, thanks for using my eyes!) |

She is so damn good! I thought she was for the Sims 2! :O That means a LOT! I like the outfit, I like the face. She really looks like a Night Elf.. Can we see the other outfits??? :D |

Many thanks for feedback, most likely it will be a 1:1 copy, because i'm already very close, but the "other" category leaves more freedom for personal tastes than the "celebrity/anime/gamecharacter" category. Here a small picture update, i tried making the eyes a tiny bit squinter, it looks a bit better i guess and i tried more matte color for the lipstick. O>0 she actually looks better than the orginal World of warcraft elf. yes, thats how amazing you are. Thus, no need to compare to the other elf anymore b/c she looks better and she looks finished to me. So never mind what i said before . She looks awesome now. I would upload her! I prefer her as an adult, although she looks good @ every age . |

Since I'm obsessed with blood elves and this ear mod thingo doesn't extend to how long the nelf ears are... well maybe you could make a blood elf too... waiiit... I might do that... yes, I shall muwhahahaha! or maybe High elf... hmm, who noes I really like it so far though

BAM Rejection. Mod says: Looks too bland, nose looks nice. I should work on the facial sculpt a bit more, but what is a "bit" more. I aimed for the wow nightelf look and for me it looks spot on, so if you see something wrong please lend me your eyes and help me a bit, i will make another version tomorrow. Thanks in advance |

I am surprised - I wouldn't think she looked bland, by any means. Did you include a comparison photo, so they could see that's what she's supposed to look like? It does look pretty spot-on to me too! |

Thanks for the quick replies I've choosen "Anime/Gamecharacter" instead of "Other" by accident, but i stated that i didn't want a 100% copy. I got a simple rejection, with the copy/paste text "...looks a bit off in some ways..." no "missing comparison pic" Mods have the last word here, so i gonna look what i can change, without destroying her or i just reupload her with the comparison pic and see what happens. I gonna think about that tomorrow

If I understand you correctly, my guess is that she was rejected as an "other" sim, not as a character sim, right? Now, as a character sim she's so super close! But as an "other" sim I would understand the rejection. It's not that she's not super cool looking, because she is! It's just that she's not all that unique looking. But neither really is the elf you're basing her from. So is that the direction you're going? I'd love to offer suggestions for either direction, though, really! 'cause she so cool I'd love to see her get accepted! |

I can understand that the clothes don't look very elfish, but it's personal taste and can always be changed by the downloader. I think i go for a 1:1 copy now, because i fear changing her face too much would destroy her. |

Um.. wHat O.o? REJECTION for "blandness"? No way okay heres a solution: add the reference picture you used earlier for inspiration in your attachments. make sure to tell them you are NOT trying to recreate her and mention it in your upload. your version does look better.don't change anything. If thats doesn't work just add aikea guniea piercings , if they are looking for " edge". |
