Sunnyside Strand is a commercial lot, so you should change it to residential before you place this lot. Hope this can help.

Yippee!! I was so hoping someone would create something fabulous for that lot...and YOU did it! I can't believe how nice you made the non-custom content look, great color choices! Hugs!

I tried placing it in both residential and commercial lot mode and neither worked for me. I am disappointed because it is a great house!

Now I feel silly...my Sim savvy daughter suggested I bulldoze the lot before I try placing the house. Ta da! It worked!

Thanks ung999 for this lovely beach front home!

It's in the neighborhood Sunset Valley along the beach and is a commercial lot. You have to bulldoze it and change it to residential before you place this lot.

This house located in Sunnysde Strand, a commercial lot. You have to bulldoze it and change it to residential before placing this lot. Lot size 64x22.
