No, it's " La Belle Michelle " in french, a quality without a verb is put in front of the name.

Even though she is a pretty sim, I don't see the resemblance. Maybe if you move her eyes over a little bit more and adjust the lips.

I don't see the resemblance at all, and she's one of my favourite actors. She is a pretty sim nevertheless, and you've made a good effort.
