I even got the filter that was linked in the WA Slowdown thread, but after running WA for a few minutes on a lot, it has nothing to show me.

Anyone else having this issue?

I think I know what the problem may be but first off, you don't have the whole filter.

If what you see when you open ProcMon is as above, you first off need to add a line. Up where it say Architecture, use that drop down list to change architecture to "Path". Then where you see "is", change that to "ends with" and type in .package in the field that is blank. After that, click "add" and there should be a 3rd green check that shows path ends with .package. Then click on the first red x below the line added, then click OK. You should see the blank page at that point, minimize the program and start TS3. Run TS3 for 2 minutes and quit the game.

I think you were missing the last step of clicking on the first red X.

Nevermind, it just took it awhile. Now a quick follow up question... in two minutes of gameplay, how many times should I expect a file to be loaded?

There isn't a definitive number established. The total events number is a guide to which packages are loading the most and is different in game to game. After you see those scroll down in the report to see what the number is for initial load. Actually, scrolling up from the bottom of the list to the first file shown that is in mod packages folder and then working upwards is the easiest way to find that info. All my files load 4 times in that section. Whether or not that holds true for everyone, I don't know.

The problem files reported in the slow down thread have all had outrageously high numbers, however, in the total events field. Usually it's a number in the hundreds of thousands.

Noone can decipher your report for you. We don' play your game and don't know what, if any, problems you are experiencing. Reread the last couple of pages in the slow down thread for generalities being seen and continue to monitor the thread. This is all I know to tell you.
