Hi, as the title says, NPCs don't change to their custom skins and eyes.
Yes, I've tried to delete the simCompositorCache file but it doesn't anything Before, when I downloaded new default replacement skins and eyes they could change their eyes and skin since I deleted the simCompositorCache. I do only have the Base game and my game's version is 1.7. I don't know why this does happen so could someone help? Thanks!
