I am SORRY for those that may feel I'm overlooking something simple and I am still kicking myself for not being able to find the problem after going over everything with a fine toothed comb, but packages will NOT work for me after downloading World Adventures!! I have adjusted the dll and resource file in each place it's supposed to be and NO success. Framework is fine. It all checks out and packages just wont work. My game has all current updates and I dont know if this has something to do with the problem. Cant we just have some sims3packs instead of having to fight files like this? I know that mods may be a little different and cannot be made into a S3P, but there are ppl that cannot take part in the awesome art that we are GRACED with everyday at this site. |

Packages still work fine for most people with WA - if it doesn't show up at all then something is wrong with your setup as 99.9% of people have their stuff working fine. Many are reporting issues with sims3packs with the newest patch - nothing but EA content shows up, or nothing shows up at all. We are looking at alternate methods for handling the two file formats but at this time, package is the format for most things that do not require sims3pack (such as lots) and will continue to be so for now. |

I'm having the same issue. Ever since the latest patch came out for WA, the Resource.cfg file wouldn't let the game load after the start video. It would just hang. I moved it out of the folder, into the mods folder, started the game, loaded fine, but no custom content from the package files, only the CC from the sims store and TSR works. Any help would be greatly appreciated. |

This is not a site issue. Please go to the help forum and read the stickies. There is one that addresses your issue. |

I'm worried that my latest Salvation Army donation will result in homeless people looking like sluts from the 90s. |
