It is being re-approved but here is a picture of the basement, the download and the stats.

Cost: $272,106

Includes: 7 buildings on one wide, 5x3 lot each with a bedroom (with a double bed and dresser), a kitchen/dining room, and now a basement with a bathroom (2 toilets, 2 sinks, 1 shower).
