This is not the correct forum for game support. Please make sure you always read forum stickies and announcements before making posts. They will let you know the forum rules, as well as other helpful info, like where to post things. That said, that error is usually indicative of a computer problem so I'll leave it here, for now at least.

First off, have you patched your base game and another patch for each of the expansions you own? The game does not need to run in compatibility mode but it does need to be patched.

Do you play any other games on this computer? Which ones and do you have any problems with them?

When you installed Windows 7 did you do a reformat plus reinstall of the full operating system, or did you use an upgrade DVD to go from Vista to Windows 7?

Try installing these drivers:
http://www.nvidia.com/object/win7_w...95.62_whql.html
Then restart your computer.

I played with it under Vista, it was run correctly
I played under Win7 The Sims3, it was run correctly, but I hate it. so, I was uninstall it, and install the old The Sims2...
