(Ok, guys. This is my first story. I took the idea from a programme airing in the US, called The Amazing Race. I do not own it, blah blah blah, so nobody sue me, ok?
The Amazing Race is, like, a competition. In the real Race, eleven teams of two people race across the world, being eliminated one by one. In this version, due to the restrictions of the Sims 3 game, I used seven teams of one person. More will be explained on the way, and enjoy! P.S The detour pics etc are from Wikipedia)

My name is Phil Kioghan. I am standing on Grey Lodge, a landmark in the sprawling countryside of the United States. From this point, seven people will leave their ordinary lives and embark on a race around the world. I shall refer to each person as a team.




The Race will be split into nine legs. Teams have to complete various tasks along the way, and they must race to arrive before the others. Each task and place they will have to travel to will be written on clues that they will find in sealed envelopes in yellow and red postboxes.



Unless the leg is a non-elimination leg, the last person to arrive at the mat will be eliminated.
At the end, the first person to arrive at the finishline of this cross-country race, will win one million dollars.

Teams are currently driving themselves to this place.

Natasha Parlour, a waitress from the windy city



I am a waitress, twenty four years old. I come from Chicago, where I've stayed most of my life.
I've wanted to come on this Race for a long time now. I've never left North America, and I wanted to see the world. A million dollars wouldn't be too bad neither.



I'm quite sure the other teams will underestimate me, because quite frankly I'm a good girl. I won't use cheating or dirty tricks. Let them underestimate me. They'll never know what hit them.


Dan Pergini, geeky adrenaline junkie from faraway Russia



I'm still leaving university, I'm only just twenty two. How do I put this? I won't be winning the others' hearts with my looks. I never intended I would try that.
There is just one problem...I guess people could tell you I'm a bit of a snob. Oh well, you can't have everything. What I certainly have is a lot of cunning.





Flight Easy, basketball player and Yankees supporter from New York
I play basketball professionally, and I'm thirty seven. I don't look thirty seven, right? I like rugby too.



What will get me ahead of the others is my physical strength, quick thinking, and love of pizza. However, I am slightly clumsy...





James Wright, millionaire from Vegas
I'm fifty one, a retired business man. Oh, and I'm rich.



This was never about the million. I want to go out there, see the world, and take the grand prize home with me. The other teams have no chance.
