Does anyone know where I can get that Dr. Pepper promotion car? I got everything else at the time, but missed the car, which I'm a bit sad to notice.

The spyglass, mural, globe, and tools are still showing as errors. I really hope they don't expire them after having them like that for a while, but it wouldn't be a surprise.

Same here, can't download those items. When I click "Download" it always gives me this message: "System Error!"

I have the basegame only, might that be the problem?


Edit: I just tried to enter a Dr. Pepper code to get the extra items, but I can only chose "Mass Effect 2" from the list after entering the code. Why that? Help me, I want the "Retro Ride" car.

I think a freebie sticky here would be quite helpful. There were so many free things I had no idea about! I visit this site for info more than I do the official site, so I would never have found that freebie thread on there.

Please ask EA for help downloading their promotional items or Dr Pepper for help downloading from their site. We can't provide support for other sites here.

Hi Mangaroo, yes please ponder toward a yes If you could start a new and stickied thread so anyone who catches sight of a Sims Store freebie, with a functioning link, can add to the list, it would be fabtastic and very practical

I guess the list would have to be amended as soon as an item ceased to be free, but at least we get a chance to grab it before it goes back to premium status...

Oh how disappointing, they've taken down the adventurer stuff. It doesn't show as an error anymore, but as unavailable.

I checked the whole store more than once with "sort price -> lowest to highest", but I've not seen all of the free stuff in this thread.

Here's a list with all the free stuff from the store I found, should be nearly everything. The last time I checked the store for free stuff was yesterday (April 7th, 2010).

Excuse me if this is the wrong place to ask (redirect me, if so, please), but I can't download anything from EA. I've registered the game and signed-up without a hitch, but when I try to download an object, it will place it in the Launcher and say one of three things, "There was an error downloading content", "We're sorry, but the product could not be downloaded at this time. Please try again later", or "Queued for download."

It could be an item that is dependent on World adventures --like the exporer loot stuff or you may need to be patched up to a certain point for it to show. I recently reinstalled my game to have base game only on my Pc for a project and I noticed that a lot of the cc didn't show (like the celebrations stuff and the valentine set) until I patched up to around 1.7 or so.

What's the latest install version? I bought my game only a few weeks ago, the version is 1.0.631.00001. Is that the base version, or the latest version? Because if that's the base version, patching it up will probably solve the problem.

If you shop in game there's some of the items that the links didn't work for for me. There's some xmas stuff and a couple menorahs
