Nope. It is absolutely frustrating! I was the kid who read The Odyssey at ten (in translation, lol) and studied Greek and Norse mythology extensively, then I hear kids talking about things that never happened in real mythology! Grrrrrr. TPBM is a brunette. |

True. And me too, with the mythology thing. The movie made me really upset because it took out so much of the mythology in a weak attempt to appeal to broader audiences. The books were great, I loved the modernizing of the gods, it was quite funny but I'll always prefer the original text (or a translation thereof) TPBM is still in school. |
