I've experienced this problem a while ago on another computer but can't remember what I did to solve the problem for this issue. What might cause a baby to be born without a diaper? Could it be something I downloaded through cc that maybe be a conflict? Any help would be greatly appreciated to solve this problem.

I was able to find the problem to missing diapers. It ended up being something I downloaded in build subfolder which was the baby outfit changer. I guess I forgot I downloaded this and how it ended up in the build folder I'm not sure. Thanks Mootilda for pointing me in the right direction.
