Scan from a German magazine article, posted on a Dutch site and spotted at Simprograms. Can anybody translate the text in the article?

BTW, I'm aware that scanning and uploading copyright material (like magazine articles) violates copyright law. From what I understand, linking to a site that links to the site that hosts said material... probably doesn't. If I'm wrong though, another mod can take this down.

It seems to be only an advertisement to the game. It doesn't contain any information that isn't present on the sims 3 site.

I have the magazin, but my English ist not good enough for a whole translation. I'll give the infos, what I think is new. But the magazin is not allways right in articles. Stylist is for hair and clothing. When the ghosthunter fails, than he get a ghost himself. The inventor can make toys for kids. He can make Servo-Roboter who maybe are not only helpful as housemaids. When the inventor only speaks with his robots and don't sozialise with other sims, he get knowledge to build a time - machine. But with failure he comes not back from time-travelling. I think, this are all the news in the article, sorry for my bad english.

Thanks DHNightshadow! A lot of that was definitely news to me Good stuff on the inventor (didn't know he made toys, awesome), and that the time machine is somehow related to socializing only with robots :O And that he could wind up lost in time! Great stuff.

this is turning out better than I expected. Now I'm really looking forward. Gonna make a large 64x64 community lot, with everything form amitions.

The text on the website seems incomplete. But it does confirm that stylist will be able to set the fashion for the town, meaning you will probably not only be able to customize individual sims but set a fashion trend for the whole town, and architects will be able to refurbish the town scape, so they probably can do more thinks than placing indoor walls and objects. Also it suggests that when a fireman rescues people, he will get some hero status.
