I was in S3pe, and in the Grid under the materials tab I was trying to edit the TGI blocks. I accidentally entered my value in the groups block instead of the instance block, so I clicked Abandon. There was an error message. (But apparently I forgot to save it because the "Paste" from my "Get Details" is the image instance I was putting in the box when the whole thing started. Sorry) After that, neither the save nor the abandon buttons would do anything at all. |

What version of s3pe? Have you tried the current QA? What resource were you editing? Have you reproduced the error? What are the steps to reproduce it? |

She mentioned this to me in chat last night. She is using the latest public (non-QA release) and I think we can try this in general before needing precise steps - it might apply to all abandons in the Grid. |

Can you try this with the new QA? It seems to work ok in there. |

There was a problem with the Group field that I fixed in one of the recent QA releases. Whilst investigating this, we did identify that values edited in the TGIBlockListEditor were updating the list immediately, so Abandon and Save did the same thing, effectively. (The editor should have been working on copies of the values rather than on the values themselves.) This is fixed in the latest QA. |
