How do you make sliders for your sim? I'm sorry if this is the wrong forum.. .at least I tried *weak smile*. I can only use free programs. and I can't download more than 65MB. a month.

Given the constraints you describe, the answer is "You don't.".

Remember, if you're asking a creation-related question, that's best done in the Create section, after looking for existing threads that might answer your question. You can probably do it under 65 mb but the real question is, what cave do you live in that you can only download 65 mb a month? Either you must mean gb (gigabytes) not mb (megabytes) or I must assume you're some kind of hairy mountain man living in the arctic circle and killing polar bears with your teeth, and then going back to your cave to play with your pixel dollies on your laptop and generator you found on the guy who tried to rob you for your stack of bear hides.

well the cable plan we have is the bare minimum. So my dad has told me that we can only use 120MB of internet a month or we get a fee to our bill. And it's really expensive if you go over that limit. My dad tells me not to watch movies online but he does it anyways. so if I don't want to get in trouble for something I didn't do... I have to only use about half of that to be safe. We use GCI and live in alaska. The location has no effect on it, just the cable company that can be slower than dial-up. (can be). It's sunny end of spring here. No more snow.
