I built a lovely house with a exposed basement, but i got the levels wrong and now my camera floats way too high. I'd hate to rebuild it when i finaly got it the way I wanted. Is there a way to raise the whole house? Mabey with the floorconstraints false cheat. I'm not that familier with those cheats. Thank you for any response. Edit: Opps! I gess that wasn't thew problem. My basement is now at the correct hight, just that when I go to that floor the camera floats at the cealing level. Is there a way to correct that? |

I came across the same problem. I found when I added a room to the basement that the camera would go lower into that room. The only problem was that I had to make sure there was at least a 1 tile space between the walls of my room and the foundation "wall". Assuming that is how you made your basement (with the foundation). Does you camera float during gameplay or are you just trying to take a picture of it. If it is just a pic, even put up temporary walls for the pic and then take them down. Do you have any pics you can post of it? |

It wasn't a proper basement. I just cut into the hillside then added walls. I can't take pics any more. I restarted it. Mabey when I get it rebuilt the right way I'll post it. Thank you anyway. Meh. They didn't approve. I didn't realy put a lot of effort in it to mach there ideals. It dosent look quite like the original, but it's close enough. Nothing I did fixed the camera so I built it on ground leavl and pulled the ground up tp create a mock basement. Attached pic like was requested. Thank you. |
