 Toddlers and child naked clothes

Hi! Could someone please tell me WCIF skin or naked body (as clothes) for toddlers and children? Thanks in advance

It'd be very easy to do this yourself if it hasn't already been done, for children at least. Just download and install CTU, clone a skintight mesh (like a swimming costume), and turn the alpha channel of the base texture to all black in Photoshop/GIMP. There are tutorials to help in the Create section.
