Did they get rejected? If so, did they say why/what made them get rejected?
Or, are you looking for some general feedback before you upload them?

I can't see any problem with your dresses..the only reason why they got rejected could be that the whole set is not yours, or you don't say who's the mesh.(I suppose)The first dress is finished, the second is good, but it needs incurvation in the waist to seem more feminish.

It would be more helpful for you if you told us the reason they got rejected..Because only then we can understand which part of this creation need improvment.I can see that from my own similar situation, you must not ignore the letter unless you want to receive it again..

distorted = blurry.
I think the texture on the black dress is a little blurry, but maybe it's just your game settings? I can't tell.

The blue dress however looks just fine, I don't think you've got a problem with that one (:

They are beautiful! I like the Blue one best Meshes are really hard and you need an expensive program to make them on. Not trying to put you off making one or anything, just letting you know that you shouldn't feel ashamed of not making one

Milkshape does have an activation fee, but it's really not that much at all.

How can I register MilkShape 3D?

MilkShape 3D costs USD 35 or EUR 25. Depending on the country where you live and the exchange rate, one of them is cheaper for you. But feel free to choose the one, which suits you best.

Have you tried the MilkShape 3D trial already to make sure it fits your needs?

The trial period lasts 30 days, so you can try plenty of tutorials to see if you want to mesh or not in that time period.

35 USD is really nothing for an effective program. Professional modeling suites are very expensive in comparison, but Milkshape is made for modeling low poly objects like in the Sims and other games from this era.
