NO mods are appearing in The Sims 3. Most of them are Car mods. All of the mods are packaged. I followed the wiki EXACTLY like what was written and nothing helped me out. The Sims3 dashboard doesn't detect that I have ANY mods either. Help?

Have you try Framework Installer Tool by Delphy? It can automatically install the framework.

Or may be you place the cc in the wrong folder. If you have Ambitions EP, you should put in the Ambitions game folder.

Game Help:TS3 CC Basicswiki - Start there, make sure your game is fully updated, and try again. Use the test file as advised so you know whether it's the way you have things installed, or the files themselves. If you continue to have issues, please post in your own new thread in the Help section, with screenshots of:

Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\
Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Mods\
Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Mods\Packages

And copy-paste the contents of your resource.cfg.
