Is there a mod that will keep your sims from aging but all the other sims outside of your active house hold will age. I know that i can turn off the neighborhood aging and all but i would like it if the neighborhood would aging and my sims didnt. is there such a mod?

and why would you want your neighborhood to age and not your sims? trying to make a vampire household? lol
