Oooh this one is lovely too, Tom. Nice colour scheme, nice landscaping, and it looks comfortable and playable. Love the little gnome out front. That's a nice touch.

This looks fabulous in-game, and without any CC even. If I could have bought it as my starter house for my single sim, it would have been perfect. As is, this is still a keeper. I love it -- truly. Excellent job.

Hey there! It's been a while! Is there any chance I could include (and credit) this in an updated version of Niua Simoa? I've just populated it, and need some nice modern houses to fit onto the empty island. This is a lovely lot!

Thanks man! I see it's in your world which I'm yet to download. I'm honoured to be able to include such a nice little lot on my island.
