Hi hi ^_^

Well I recently reinstalled my sims game after upgrading my computer a little bit, with a new video card, and now I noticed this really weird glitch.. instead of animations being smooth or slow, or even skippy, everything seems to look as if its in fast forward.... In CAS the sims movements are too fast like they're panting for breath or something, and in the game the animations look like its on fast forward, rather than the normal way its supposed to....

My computer isnt *that* good yet, so it shouldnt be looking so speedy, any idea what could be causing this or how to fix it?

Is this with CC or without CC?
What games? patch versions?
On a brand new game or a saved game?
