 I should be a creator!

I just got accepted my upload but my name remains black and there's no palette icon under it!I wonder if i have to wait fot it to be enabled...:-S But what if it won't? Then this exclamation mark under my messages won't dissapear no matter how many times i open the moderator's letter! |

I'm curious about this as well. After getting an upload approved back in May, I'm still not considered a creator by the system. At first I thought it had something to do with what kind of upload(s) you had, but any pattern to this eludes me. Oh well, no big deal, but I'm still curious about the definitions of a creator :D |

It took a while for me to get my orange name and palette too. Give it a day or so. For the other, I think the link in the "65,000 PM" FAQ might help you too, since it's repairing problems in the PM box. Edit: I thought any upload qualified you as a creator. Maybe they do it manually? |

No, it is true that ANY kind of upload makes you creator because creator here is the person that managed to get his/her creation accepted(not so easy). @SchiZohybrid i'm curious too, how can it be possible that you still aren't a creator?I'm worried.. I know some creators that their name got yellow at the first moment their uploads got publishsed! |

That was why I was wondering if they set it manually, and just missed one. Mine took a while, others get it instantly, and at least one didn't get it at all. |

I think it takes a while. At first i didnt notice my Orange Name and Palette. I noticed 3 weeks after i got my frist upload. I think it goes with accomplishments. It might get updated daily, but im not sure. |

Nope. Maybe this happend whne the whole site was down a few days ago. i didnt need comments to become a creator. But im sure the mods will you give the pleasure of being a creator. I hadnt the slightest Idead of any of this until i asked anything, and took notice of things |

Haha, dont be afraid, ive been through the lots and houses cateogory SO many times, and ive never seen anything like mine. Alos ive been through Sims Category, and your sim, i dont THINK shows up anywhere |

AnnitaSims Don't be silly. If you upload and your upload is accepted, you WILL get a creator palette. It has nothing to do with your creations not being yours or anything like that. Your stuff is yours, you create, thus you are a creator. It just takes a day or so for the system to update. There were issues with the database a few days ago, perhaps that is the problem. Just be patient, and if in a few days or so you still have no palette, then you can worry about technical glitches. Saying "i want a mod to answer me!!!" is probably not the way to go.

You get the orange name once you have 10 Thanks, and once the servers have done nightly updates to titles etc. Just be patient. SchiZohybrid, you probably got hit by a bug which occasionally nukes the creator usergroup for some donators. I've fixed it. Post here if it happens again. |
