Ok, I recently fresh installed the sims (I have world adventures and ambitions) and went to use the MTS framework installer (putting my mods in the exact same location as they always were) and non of it shows up in game. Yes, I know about the new way to install content for an updated game (which mine is) where the mods and new resource go in my documents. No luck. I reinstalled again, no old saves or anything, with the same problem except now the framework installer wont install, even when I press the install button. It just keeps saying framework is not installed. Yes, I redownloaded the framework installer with the same problem. And I deleted the cache files with each new test. Also, Ive come across 3 different resource configs through this week of trying to solve the problem:

The old resource.cfg:

The Resource.cfg you list as the "the old one" is not a CC Resource.cfg - it's one you shouldn't be touching, at all. You need to use the third Resource.cfg, placed in My Docs/The Sims 3/Mods.

OK. That was the one that came with the framework installer, i must have been mistaken. I did put the third one in that location, and with my mods. Nothing showed up.
