Would it be possible to make a completely new hair colour for TS2 to that works just like the other colours? I was a bit disapointed when they missed out colours like Darkblonde/light brown, white blonde and strawbwerry blonde. It would be nice to be able to fill in the gaps and use them like genetic haircolours with full options. If you're still with me at this point, any ideas? |

I made a pale blonde and changed the color on all ages and most of the hairstyles, and it seems to be inheritable - the kids are coming out with it, so I'm assuming the problem might have something to do with colors created for selected ages only? It's long, tedious work, as you have not only separate sets of files for each age within each hairstyle, but some hairstyles can have as many as 5 .bmp files each that need to be modified. |

I mean the little squares in CAS with all the separate hair colour styles. I would like to make a new set and was wondering if it was at all possible . The four colours there are a bit too rigid and it would be nice to have in between options like auburn etc. Would i be able to do this with some mild tinkering?

I wasn't able to make swatches for the hair, all my custom colors just show up when I select the asterisk for custom content. I didn't see a swatch.bmp file in any of the hair files - that's what needs to get changed, and it's there for makeup and eyes, I just didn't see it for hair. |
