What a wonderful little house! I don't often download houses, but I just have to have this one in my game. Me, I much prefer small (and cleverly furnished) houses to vast manors.

And I love the landscaping!

A lot of the things in the house are missing (they're like blue) the vines outside, night stand, and a few other things...

That's weird, everything is included in the file. What all is blue? Let me know and I can see what I can do about it. If anything, you can follow the links and download the CC from there, so use CleanInstaller to just take out the cc.
