Admittedly not the greatest synopsis, but I didn't feel like typing one up myself.

Has anyone but me seen this? It's a low-budget "horror" movie starring the extremely talented Angela Bettis, Jeremy Sisto, and Anna Faris.

The first time I saw it, I was confused. Really confused. I wasn't sure if I liked it or not, but the film stuck with me, so I watched it again. The second time around, I loved it. I think that this movie is more of an acquired taste...half the people I talked to loved it and the other half hated it with the energy of a thousand suns. No matter what anyone says about it, it's not a typical "Hollywood" type of movie. Here's the trailer if anyone is interested:

I highly recommend this movie if you like horror films, even though I personally don't see it as a horror flick, not in and of itself anyway. There are horror elements, especially toward the end, but I see it as a dark drama as well. I dunno...it's hard to explain. I just know that this movie is intensely disturbing and very well done, and breaks away from the Hollywood cookie cutter.

You’ve suffered great pain, and you’ve caused some. You’ve endured deep grief and feelings of guilt, but you will be tested by a more wrenching anguish, Alice. There is worse to come. You and this Red Queen cannot both survive; you are two parts of the same –
