OK - kick me of if I'm in the wrong place about this - I've read everything official but I would really love the opinions of creators about my fear - so please, thank you and sorry if I've ventured to the wrong spot. Basically I want to create better sims with real character and am attempting a real person at the moment. I use the fabulous Bella3lek4’s Sliders and Johna's Head Shape Slider but I'm limited because I don't have Awesome Mod. I use twallins updated super computer which I adore but a number of my sliders are disabled because, as you know, the slot number thing. I've downloaded AM, Monkey Bars installer and etc but am really scared to use it being a core mod plus I love twallins. Like so many, my stupid launcher/game has caused me serious grief and I don't want to stuff up anything and have to go on that circus of reinstalling blah blah yet again. I want to have the sliders [and more sliders] all functioning but am very concerned about the Awesome Mod impact and that I will lose super computer. What is your opinion I'd appreciate your thoughts immensely - thank you.

There's a lot of discussion already in the Community > Sims Discussion area on Awesomemod. Most people are in favour of it - it certainly fixes a lot of problems and has minimal issues of its own. I use it myself and really like it - if only for increased slider range/number, and sims staying put in Create a Sim.

Just back up your game if you're worried (you can't remove Awesomemod after using it like other mods) and give it a try - if you don't like it, restore the backup.

Good luck, and happy simming!
