So I got this maid problem. They are not coming back to clean and no matter how many times I cancel the maid service It wont get cancelled. There are also many abandoned cars around - epecially two maid cars next to my sims house.

Deleting cache files, creating brand new sims 3 folder, or removing CC wont really help so how to get rid of this glitch?

And is there any way to remove all those random vehicles around the city?

Why wouldn't removing CC help? You mean you have tried on a totally vanilla, new game and the problems recur right away, like immediately?
You're using EA's StoryProgression, not a mod?

Well it doesnt happen if I start total new game but as long as I keep playing with my save game it continues, but seems like only in that lot for some reason. (none of the other families have the same problem) And I do have Awesomemod and just mods for CAS. But as I stated this glitch continues even when removing all CC.

If the issue doesn't occur in a new game without cc, then it's a cc issue, and perhaps corrupted the save game you mention. If removing all custom content and deleting the cache files doesn't allow you to solve the problem with the saved game, then it may well be corrupt. Since you state it doesn't occur on a new game, you have two choices: keep playing the corrupt one or start a new one.

For the cars, this seems to be a problem caused by a sim being reset when driving (for example, after you install a patch, or perhaps a new mod). The car gets stuck, and the way to delete it would be to turn on testingcheats, shift click on the car and choose object> delete it.

For the maid issue, I've seen this before and have had no success in solving it. In my case it was in a vanilla savegame played since the game was first released. I added Twallan's Overseer mod to try to solve the issues (by deleting all NPCs, resetting the world etc.,) but to no avail, so I had to conclude that it was some kind of savegame corruption. Eventually no NPCs would work, even the Reaper, which was of course game breaking. I'd be interested to know if you find a solution!

Before I read this tho, I tried this EA cheat "fixall" it removed the maid car and corrected some other bugs but then it also removed one person from my family three. O.o

Anyway I also didn't find a way to get rid of that Maid thing, but since the whole lot was getting more glitches (couldnt get free work days, toddler got stuck and etc)

my solution was that first I moved the family out - not by phone and selecting move, but by that other way - editing the town. Then I combined them with other family (for some reason it gave a glitch if I tried to put them to empty lot) and then in the new lot I moved them anywhere I wanted by phone - expect not back to that house of glitches. (I totally destroyed that lot... gonna miss that damn house)
