Default Isle St. Croix - General neighborhood images
Visit Isle St.Croix for a breath of fresh air!

Stretching from the Highpoint area, with stunning views across the whole neighborhood, it starts with Highpoint House, on to Highpoint Ridge which has bowling and then Highpoint Cabins hotel. The mountains roll downwards through thick forests and over rocky terrain as we come to Cornerstone Hotel and Cornerstone Campsite, still high enough for stunning views and a quick trek through the woods, and both built near to the cornerstone, which sits in the crook of the mountain and from which the lots take their name.

Coming down, winding hills take you to along the Bridgewood Center, which is a large community lot, the Bridgewood Trail campsite is opposite.

Lastly, the terrain dips even further down into the busier main town area known locally as Riverside Bay, with wonderful views across the sea!

There are five hotels, each should have rooms to suit various family requirements and budgets, two campsites, several holiday homes, a mixture of shops, restaurants, bars and a casino.
Isle St.Croix provides plenty of things to do and places to see...

Default Isle St. Croix - Hotels 1 & 2
1. Highpoint Hotel

Room prices: from $840 - $898 simoleans. The highest priced room is a large suite sleeping eight sims and costs $3,144.
Built on a 5x6 sized lot and set in rocky, tree lined hills at the top of the mountain. Outside there's a rockpool and two hot tubs, inside is a swimming pool, a lounge area and arcade machines. On the middle floor there are four rooms, one with one double bed, one with a double and a single bed, one with two single beds and one with three single beds. There are also TVs, a pooltable, chess tables and a lounge.
On the top floor there are two single rooms, as well as the large suite to take a whole family, or perhaps a large group of friends. This room comprises two double bedrooms and two with two single beds, a living area with seating, a TV and dining for eight. Only the large suite has a TV, all rooms have bathrooms and there are also public bathrooms on the ground floor.
The lot is large and it will take your sims a while to get from one point to another, that is unless they have the energy to run to wherever you want them to be!

2. Highpoint Cabins

Room prices: from $1,114 - $1,211 simoleans.
Built on a 4x3 lot, this is a small hotel with few facilities, to use as a base while you explore the rest of Isle St. Croix! There's a pond with a bridge which takes sims to the reception area then along to the four cabins, each sleeping between two and three sims.

Default Isle St. Croix - Hotels 3 & 4
3. Cornerstone Hotel
Room prices: $1,664 - $1,816 simoleans.
The Cornerstone Hotel sits on a 4x3 lot and has a family feel, with larger rooms than most of the other hotels. One suite has a room with a double bed, then a separate room with three single beds. The other suite has one room with a double bed, and two separate rooms with two single beds in each. Rooms have seating to accomodate the whole family, there are also toys, and each suite has a balcony.
Facilities in the hotel include a shop selling souvenirs, gifts and food. There is also a TV and games room, with a chess table, arcade machines, a pooltable and dartboard. There's an indoor swimming pool, public bathrooms, and outside there's a food bar and swings.

4. Cornerstone Campsite
The Cornerstone Campsite is small and friendly, on a 3x3 lot it is perfect for a nights spent under the stars before moving on to somewhere more permanent! It has four tents, a campfire, a barbeque area and public bathrooms. The lot is small, hilly, and may get messy if you stay there too long, because unless you have a neatfreak sim, no one else seems to want to clean up the mess. I would recommend using this!

Default Isle St. Croix - Houses 8 & 9
8. Highpoint House
Price 202,145 simoleans.
Large house suitable for a family or group of friends, fairly expensively furnished with 2 en-suite bedrooms, 2 further separate bedrooms and 2 separate bathrooms. Set in landscaped grounds with a pond on a 5x6 sized lot, and inspired by a picture found on Google images.

9. 1 Rockfall Lane
Price 19,990 simoleans.
Very basic cabin with one double bed and one bathroom. You might need to fix the bed with the swatch tool, an EP glitch can affect the colour. Built on a 1x3 lot, and inspired by a picture found on Google images.
If you're keeping it as it is, try this to fix the gap between the column and the decorative supports above. Also, the M&G flower baskets or something custom will suit to hang from them better than the plants I've used here!

It has one double bedroom, another with two single beds and two bathrooms.

If anyone downloaded it from the the Beacon Falls website before the 9th of December 2010, then this will be slightly different. However, after making the changes ready to upload it here, I then updated the blog version and they are now both exactly the same.

Sarahjane10784, thank you very much, I am very happy that you like my lots!

I'll download it again, then. I want to have the latest and greatest version.

I notice that you didn't modify the Install Instructions tab; it says to copy the subhood to the Downloads folder. You'll probably want to fix that. Take a look at the Brainania Install Instructions tab, if you'd like to see what I did with mine. Or, just mention that the installation instructions are included in the 7zip file.

Also, you've got the wrong EP requirements on the Download tab; you'll want to fix that.

Thanks! I did actually try to edit that part while attempting my 'changes required', along with a couple of other things, and I also put a link for 7-zip because that had been a change made just before it had gone into the moderation queue. But I use IE, and I read over the last few days in the site Q & I that someone was having trouble with their edits made in IE, and can now see that mine obviously haven't stuck either. I'll try to fix them again, if it doesn't work then I'll have to do it using another browser.
Edit: Hopefully it's all fixed now! I've taken your suggestions and am adding instructions similar to yours for Brainania because I'd forgotten to cover for people installing in alternative locations! I've also only just noticed that I've made a typo in the filename for the download!
Thanks again!
