I am trying to find a game like a tycoon game where you own a video game company and you make video games and sell them and stuff like a business tycoon or business simulation much like business tycoon or the movies by lionhead...if you can please find me a game like that or something similar then you are VERY generous...also if you have any suggestions for fun business simulation or tycoon games then please also post those below, I am trying to find some good ones since RPG games are not cutting it for me anymore -.-

I assumed you did because you compared it to The Movies, where you make your own films and run the business.

The closest quality game to what you're thinking of would be Game Dev Story. Unfortunately it is only available on iOS devices at the moment (iPhone, iPad, etc) but is an excellent little title (until you work out the game's underlying mechanics which kills its initial magic somewhat).
