After install the game I was able to play it like normal until I tried to put custom content which lead to the problem that the sims3.launcher stuck...doesn't have any response or any error notice. Just stuck. At first I thought was the custom content so I remove everything and also deleted the cache yet the problem still there....really have no idea why it become like this....

Can anyone give me solution for this...?

Step 3: Remove User Files

It's also possible that something in your user files - saves or otherwise - is causing a problem.
  1. Open Folder: Open your Electronic Arts folder in Documents. The location is:
    • Windows XP: My Documents\Electronic Arts\
    • Windows Vista/7 & Mac: Documents\Electronic Arts\
  2. Rename: There will be a folder here called The Sims 3 - rename that folder to The Sims 3 Backup.
Now attempt to start the launcher and see if it acts any better. If so, then something in your User Files is causing the issue. You can try replacing folders one at a time from the backup to the New User Files folder. Many users find that a lot of sims3packs in the Downloads folder will cause the Launcher to lag and/or hang up.
