That also shows that you're on Vista SP1, you should probably update Windows before we can rule out hardware drivers and Windows system.

You have done the DEP exception on OLS and Launcher executables? Or all?
Do you start the game via Launcher or the direct exe?

So, on the crashes itself:
- while in LIVE mode? or switching from CAS to Live; Live to Build; etc etc

- while saving? or when?
(I know you said random, but what is the most common action before each crash? I'm looking for patterns here to pinpoint in what area triggers it.)

- you have no mods (as in hacks), or no CC at all? Nothing installed in Launcher or SavedSims? So a totally brand new, cc-free game is still crashing?
If yes, what background processes have you got running? What Antivirus, Firewall application do you use?

- do you have EADM? Uninstall that, and test if the game crashes with EADM gone.
