I want to delete some of the pre-set patterns in the game. There are just to many, it takes forever to load. Not to mention I don't even use more than half of them. Is it possible to delete the already in-game patterns? Where can I find the folder? |

The patterns are in FullBuild0.package (or possibly FullBuild_ep#.package) - and I really wouldn't recommend deleting any, since doing so will mean you can't patch. If you really want to do it, backup FullBuild0/FullBuildep# and delete the PTRN resources in S3PE. When you want to patch, restore the backup of FullBuild0, patch, and then start again, backing up and altering the new FullBuild0. |

Thanks alot! Dang, I guess I will just have to deal with the loading, I deffinently don't want to mess up my game. Knowing me, when it's time to patch, I will have forgotten that I did it, and freak out ![]() Thanks agian <3 |

If you save alot of recolors of patterns, it can really slow down the pattern loading in CAS and Buy/Build Mode. You may want to delete some, if you dont use them much. Or you can delete the userPresets.package from the Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3 folder to delete all recolors that you have saved. |
