I just want to say that I've downloaded the resource file and the package file for the spell fix...but the mod doesn't seem to be working.

I've tried putting the package file in the right spot and nothing happens, I was wondering where we're supposed to put the resource file.
Does that go in the same area?

Welcome...

Rick's post is a bit out of date there, but his spell fix is important. Place resource.cfg in you game directory. Drive:\Program Files\Electronic Arts\The Sims Medieval.

is there a mod that will allow you to learn every spell in the game or auto-learn all spells without having to do rune combinations? I find having to learn 15+ spells every time i start a kingdom is boring.

Definitely! But the mod to be able to learn all spells can be found by shimrod at gnaughtygnomes. I don't think it is an adult site though.
